Caving is an exciting and exhilarating sport with amazing, beautiful rock structures at every twist and turn.
Some caves are walk in, walk out systems whilst others require an abseil descent, most involve a short crawl and some have water in them, but one thing you can be assured of is the qualified and expert instructor knows each system like the back of his hand, he will also tell you about the geology and history that has formed these exquisite caverns.
Your instructor can take you on an introductory exploration and then a more challenging adventure if suited. Caving is an excellent sport that is ideal for developing teamwork so it is also a popular activity for corporate events as much as it is for an adventure weekend.
All safety equipment is supplied but a small fee for the hire of lamps will be required.
