Ascent-
Why not give the coast to coast of Scotland a go..The Great Glen as its otherwise known takes you from Fort William in the West to Inverness in the East..but one of the best ways to get away from it all is to paddle down the Lochs, camp on the shore or on an island and climb some of the famous surrounding mountains such as Slioch at the Eastern end of Loch Maree. however, the jewel in the crown is Suilven, Scotlands answer to the Matterhorn and the best way to get to it is to Canoe down lochs and rivers..It is an expedition you will savour for the rest of your days as it is in Britians last remaining wilderness and is truely a humbling experience..
We have a small fleet of canoes and can provide other kit such as tents if needed and the itinary includes a guided ascent of both of Suilvens summits, one being a fairly exposed but exciting scramble.
